How does the pricing calibration work?
During onboarding, you answer 3–5 questions: trade type, zip code, and 3 recent job prices. This seeds your local pricing model. As more operators in your area use BidFast, the model improves automatically.
Does it really handle legal compliance?
Yes — for your state. BidFast includes a 35-state compliance library covering right of rescission, contractor disclosures, and lien rights notices. Built with legal review. You're always notified of what was inserted.
Is my voice data stored?
No. Audio is transcribed and deleted immediately. We store the text transcript only. BIPA compliant.
