BidFast

How it works

From voice note to signed proposal. Six steps. Most take under 90 seconds total.

🎙️
Step 01

Talk about the job

Pull out your phone after the walkthrough. Describe what you saw: what needs doing, the scope, any complications, materials needed. Plain English. You're not filling out a form — you're just talking.

BidFast understands trade language. Say "scrape and prime the south fascia" or "treat for subterranean termites in the crawl space" — it knows what that means.

📋
Step 02

BidFast builds the scope

In seconds, your words become structured line items. Labor and materials broken out. Time estimates included. Nothing you said gets missed — and nothing gets invented.

The AI doesn't guess. If you didn't mention it, it won't add it. The scope is yours, just structured.

📊
Step 03

Pricing calibrates to your market

BidFast pulls local market rates for your trade and your zip code. Your price gets compared against what's actually winning jobs in your area — not national averages.

You can override any line item. You always control the final number. The intelligence is advisory, not automatic.

⚖️
Step 04

Compliance drops in automatically

Every state has different rules for contractor proposals: right of rescission notices, lien law warnings, license disclosures, deposit limits. BidFast knows your state's requirements.

Currently covers 35 states. The right language appears in the right place — no attorney needed for routine proposals.

🎨
Step 05

Proposal is branded and ready

Your logo. Your colors. Your business name and license number. The proposal looks like it came from a firm with a marketing team — not a handwritten estimate on a work order pad.

PDF and link delivery. Client can sign on their phone, tablet, or laptop.

Step 06

Client signs. You're done.

Send a link or hand them your phone. They sign with their finger. You get a notification. The signed document lives in your account.

No fax. No printing. No email chain. The close happens before you leave.

Common questions

What trades does BidFast support?

Painting, house cleaning, pest control, pressure washing, landscaping, window cleaning, HVAC, handyman services, and more. If you're quoting a service job, BidFast can handle it. Tell us your trade during onboarding and the AI calibrates to your language and line items.

How does pricing intelligence work?

During onboarding, you answer 3–5 questions about your current rates and zip code. Over time, as BidFast operators in your area win and lose jobs, the pricing data improves for everyone. You're always in control — BidFast suggests, you decide.

Does the compliance library cover my state?

BidFast currently covers 35 states with specific contractor disclosure requirements. Check the full list during signup. We're adding the remaining states on a rolling basis — sign up for notification if yours isn't covered yet.

Can my client sign on their own device?

Yes. Send them a link and they sign from their phone, tablet, or laptop. Or hand them your phone at the job site. Both work.

What if I want to edit the proposal before sending?

Always. Every line item is editable before you send. Override prices, add items, remove things that don't apply. BidFast gives you a starting point — you finalize it.

Does it integrate with my current software?

BidFast integrates with Jobber, Housecall Pro, QuickBooks, and Google Calendar. More integrations added monthly. If you're using something not on the list, export to PDF and you're good.
